Ahavildar working under the Commissionerate Police has set a bright example for society by extending his helping hand to a hapless mother who was begging to perform the last rites of her only son in Kakatpur area in Puri district.
The havildar, who has earned massive praise from the local residents for his noble work, has been identified as Hrushikesh Nayak.As per reports, Panchei Dei from Lataharana village had lost her husband two years back. Her problems compounded when he recently lost her only son.
